Limitations and Issues: Systeme.io Pros and Cons

But now I would also like to talk a little about the problems I had with the platform:

Are there any restrictions on the email builder at Systeme.io?

As with all all-in-one platforms, you don’t get as many advanced features as you would with specialized software. In my situation and for most of my target group, this is not a problem because Systeme.io is simple and powerful.

But you won’t find advanced email automations like in AWeber. The delivery rate is also slightly worse than Aweber (in initial tests). However, the big advantage of Systeme.io is still the price.

And I had to be picky to come up with a list of things I don’t like about the platform, but here are a few of those little annoyances:

One of Systeme.IO’s few drawbacks is that you can’t customize the fonts in the email builder. Unfortunately, you can’t split test emails either. This might be a deal breaker for some, but it’s not a huge problem for me. I’ve talked to support, and they told me these features are on their roadmap.

Most things I wanted in a platform are already in the works. As for timing, you can view the roadmap and upvote feature requests.

Does Systeme.IO have good customer support?

When I first signed up, it could take up to 24 hours for support to respond, which is a bit long. However, more support staff were hired shortly after, and support hours were extended.

Since then, response times have improved significantly, and I usually get a helpful answer within a few hours.

With the top-tier plan, you can get a support call that walks you through the platform and helps you get started. I took advantage of this and spoke to a nice representative who was eager to help. After the call, she followed up with a detailed email. She even asked technical support for more details about my questions and forwarded the answer to me.

While there is a Facebook group, the rules state that support requests cannot be posted there—and that’s a good thing.

Whenever I tried to ask the community for feedback or see if Systems could or couldn’t do something, my post was rejected, and I was referred to support, which, as mentioned earlier, took a little time. Posts in the group are rejected, which is a fair decision for the group’s moderation. However, as far as I know, only positive posts for Systems.io are approved.

This can be frustrating if you seek quick feedback or advice from other system users. However, the Facebook group is still helpful for finding tips and instructions on using the platform effectively. It is just important to remember that you need to contact support for specific questions or concerns, not the group.

I still recommend Systems.io as a platform for your online business.

The pros outweigh the cons, and I can already see significant improvements in my business since making the switch.

Is this the best all-in-one online business platform for an ADHD brain?

One thing that makes Systems.io different from other all-in-one platforms is simplicity. It makes it easier for my ADHD brain to process what I’m doing and stay on top of things.

And because I have everything in one platform, I can streamline my business, saving time and money.

I won’t even evaluate other platforms I’ve used, such as Clickfunnels, because I can’t wait to leave that platform entirely and wouldn’t recommend it!
